Cheralyn Stevenson

Chief Executive Officer

Founder and Strategic Advisor at The Changists, Cheralyn brings over 25 years of experience delivering innovative technology solutions in the Financial Services and Legal industries. Currently serving as Sr. Digital Transformation Leader at McGuireWoods, she specializes in legal innovation, technology strategy, complex project management, AI implementation, and organizational transformation.

With a proven track record of success, Cheralyn has led digital transformation initiatives resulting in significant cost reductions and efficiency improvements. Her expertise spans e-discovery, operational excellence, records information management, strategic planning, and legal hold management. She excels at developing comprehensive technology roadmaps that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Recognized among the Top 25 Consultants in 2021, Cheralyn is passionate about solving problems, building practices, and sharing ideas that help teams grow and succeed. She holds an MBA in Project Management from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Regis University.

Stefanie Trujillo

Chief Operations Officer
Stefanie is a visionary, legal ambassador, author and coach with over 20 years of experience providing leadership, operations and project management expertise to law firms. Stefanie leverages her in-depth knowledge of legal terminology, principles and technology to help our clients streamline processes and increase efficiency.

Throughout her career, Stefanie has worked for both public and private sector firms in roles including Litigation Support Manager, Law Firm Administrator and Senior Litigation Paralegal. She has deep expertise in eDiscovery, having managed complex discovery projects involving data collection, processing, review and production. Stefanie also has extensive experience with legal technologies such as CaseMap, Relativity, Everlaw and more.

In addition to her professional work, Stefanie is a leader in the legal community. She is a current Appointee of Governor Jared Polis and serves as President of the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association. She was a member of the Colorado Supreme Court’s Outreach and Working Group Committee for the Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP) Initiative. Stefanie holds an A.A. in Paralegal Studies from the Community College of Denver and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado.
